Ian has a passion for agile, fast growing companies, mainly focusing in the IT Consultancy Services sector. He has been a co-founder of a company which won multiple industry awards, including winning multiple BRW awards. He has completed one large trade sale to a top thirty global company and was heavily involved in acquiring four services companies, centralisation of back office and then rebranding.


In 1999 Ian joined Deloitte where he was employed until 2003 joining Axon International in the UK.

In 2003, at Axon International, he was responsible for building the Analytics practise including hiring, resourcing projects, mentoring, senior account management, and winning and delivering work.

The work won and delivered by Ian during his time at Axon International includes Bayer AG, Guinness Brewing, Diageo, Volkswagen, Metropolitan Police and Britvic.

Ian has worked globally throughout his career carrying out business from Germany, France, Ireland, Spain, USA and the UK. He has worked at a management level for Deloitte and Axon International in UK and European operations.

In January 2005 joined, Ian moved to Australia and started work for Supply Chain Consultancy as their Analytics practice lead. This company was soon acquired and in October 2005 Ian started a new company named Innogence as a founding member.

Ian’s role at Innogence was Account Manager for Woolworths, George Western Foods, AstraZeneca, Fonterra and Coca-Cola based in Atlanta as well as many additional large scale companies.

During his consultancy years, Ian attended executive management courses in the USA, UK and Australia to improve his management skills in: Management of staff, Project, Risk, Contractual, Business Strategy and Solution Selling.

Ian has also been a speaker at various events in the UK, Germany, USA, Singapore and Australia.

Since 2012, Ian is currently a coach, with a focus in small to medium sized IT Consultancy firms and keen to transfer his knowledge.
